Lake Level Package

Friday-Saturday: $550 per hour + tax
Sunday-Thursday: $450 per hour + tax
Includes Lakeside Hall, the Community Room, the Omni Room, the Bubble Tower, Into the Lake room, and ECHO staff. Events can start anytime after 6:00 pm. 2 hour rental minimum.

Deck Level Package

Friday-Saturday: $875 per hour + tax
Sunday-Thursday: $650 per hour + tax
Includes the Mezzanine, Top Floor and Upper Deck, and Champ Lane, and ECHO staff. Start time 6 pm or later. 2 hour rental minimum

  • Touch tank: $40 per hour
  • Parking lot after 5 pm: $500

 

ECHO Full Building Rental

Friday-Saturday: $1,150 per hour + tax
Sunday-Wednesday:  $1,000 per hour + tax
Includes the entire museum, Lakeside Pavilion and the Dealer.com Terrace and ECHO staff. Start time is 6 pm or later. 2 hour rental minimum

  • Basic audiovisual: $175 (more for custom packages)
  • Touch tank: $40 per hour
  • Parking lot after 5 pm: $500
  • Large events may require an additional cleaning fee and/or a security deposit.

Ultimate Wedding Package

MAY – OCTOBER
Saturdays and holiday weekends: $5,700 + tax
Fridays and Sundays: $5,100 + tax

NOVEMBER-APRIL: $4,600 + tax

Includes the entire ECHO campus and the parking lot for 6 hours. Setup in Lakeside Hall can start at 3 pm. The event can start in the museum at 6 pm. Includes a ceremony rehearsal the day before.

When comparing venues, it’s important to take into account everything that is included. When you rent ECHO, your venue fee includes the use of the entire ECHO facility from 6pm-midnight, prior day ceremony rehearsal with event staff, tables and chairs for up to 175 people, adjustable high-top tables, a mobile bar, a catering kitchen and the use of ECHO’s on-site parking lot. These items need to be rented at many venues. Also, ECHO is a short walk from several hotels and downtown Burlington.

Parking Information

There are approximately 70 spots in the paved lot behind ECHO under the Solar Canopy. Parking is “Pay and Display” and to be paid at the kiosks located in the lot.

Parking during the day is first come first serve as ECHO is open to the public between the hours of 10:00-5:00 pm. If your event starts before ECHO opens, there a strong chance many spots will be open and available.

After 5:00 pm, if the lot is not rented by the client, the parking lot will also be available to the public and we cannot guarantee parking. Guests of the event rental must also pay for their own parking per spot. On peak weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Brew Fest in July, Grand Point North music festival, Jazz Fest) we strongly recommend renting the lot as many other waterfront activities are happening.

Parking in the ECHO lot behind the building, under the Solar Canopy is $3 per hour from the hours of 8:00 am – 11:00 pm year round.
